My first visit to the boat trip was unfortunately very split. The boat rental attracts a lot of guests and the scenery is really beautiful, the price for an hour rowing boat rental for 12 euros is also within the framework. Unfortunately, it looks very different when it comes to eating. The stripped-down menu due to Corona is comprehensible and diverse enough, unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not. When you get up hungry after eating a roast pork in a traditional Bavarian-Swabian pub / beer garden, things go wrong. The small portion is out of proportion to the juicy price, the taste of the roast for my companion was okay - there is no side salad with the dish. My portion of cheese spaetzle was filling, but in terms of taste it was really not a convincing achievement. The good thing about my side salad? The dressing. Seldom received such an outrageously small portion, carelessly arranged - you get a bigger and better taste in the university cafeteria. The waitresses were either extremely friendly or disinterested (boat rental / counter). All in all, not a very positive experience. The sanitary facilities for the ladies left me a bit speechless - red light instead of adequate lighting, the floor is more than just damp and the toilet paper was soggy. The bin for the paper towels was bursting at the seams. I don't know how to create hygienic conditions in this environment ... Conclusion: like to go boating, never again to eat.

Restaurant for the boat trip in Augsburg. Very cozy restaurant, right on the water. (Äusserer Stadtgraben) You either sit inside or outside when the weather is nice or dry. Small but fine menu. Wonderful ambience on a warm summer evening. You can also use an oar or an electric boat. For a fee, of course. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We were very happy with the food. Will definitely be back. Keep it up ???

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy. A short getaway in the middle of the city and clearly a recommendation. The overall concept is very consistent and therefore 5 stars. + Location + Ambience + Boat trips in crystal clear water + Beer and food very tasty + Staff very friendly + very cozy outdoor area - the chairs in the outside area could be more comfortable -> only minimal "point of criticism"

Sitting comfortably in beautiful surroundings and, if you like, take the "boat" and have fun.

Was great the boat trip with my friends. I can only recommend it to everyone the place is very suitable for one or the other date;)

The portion of roast pork streaked with gristle. The Obatzda the size of a small scoop of ice cream. The prices totally overpriced. Worst of all, the ladies toilet. Underwater, used paper on the floor. Hardly any light to see how to find the toilet. Never again

The ambience is romantic, but in need of renovation. Tables had not yet been cleared, although it wasn't too busy. Totally overpriced, sausage salad for 9.80 was small cut stuff that looked like it was out of the bucket. The "homemade" bread was old and dry. In response to a complaint, the same thing was brought back. Someone wants to get rich quick. For boating maybe, never again for dinner.

The food was delicious! In addition, the service was very attentive and personable. The location was beautiful and there was nothing to complain about.

The boat trip is very nice, it is advisable to reserve a table at weddings. The staff is very friendly, special requests are gladly implemented. The food tastes really good. What I find very important and great: there is a salt and pepper mill for seasoning.

It was a nice visit that he would like to repeat ... but still give only 4 stars because the roast pork was tasty but the portion was really too little for the price! Servis was great!

Menu has healthy choices and also indulgent ones, great for a relaxed lunch or a particular dinner. Food was beautifully presented and I must say i enjoyed the atmosphere. The cost of the food was less than expected, my sister And I were really satisfied. The personnel are genuinely wonderful, my sis and I were definitely very pleased with their advice. We'd highly recommend the table by the window to discover the best sights.

Nice and romantic restaurant with pleasant water view. Bayern dishes with creative touch, not boring at all. Visitors can either dining or paddling. My friends all agree that here is one of the most interesting and romantic places in Augsburg. In the night is somehow rather special.

Secret tip in Augsburg, very nice location. Food is great, host very friendly, good beer - what more could you ask for!

The Place is actually lovely but we've tried to eat something but more than half of the menu was finish.

We rented a rowboat here for half an hour and then ate coffee and cake. Nice staff, the cake was delicious. A nice place for a romantic trip.

A nice place to relax, enjoy and dream. Whether young or old with the boat on the way ... ? Beware of the toilets, look properly ? otherwise you end up wrong. The staff is friendly and fast. I can only recommend the place ???

A nice place to come in the sunshine, a selection of cakes, coffee and cold drinks available. You can also rent a row boat and go around the lake.

Lovely for a Sunday row your boat time! Half or one hour should be enough to enjoy the river with all the ducks and fish and the trees around. Nice and calm way to enjoy an afternoon!

Very affordable boats but not a long of space to take take them far.

Beautiful food, I had the venison, it was my first time trying this, and it was heaven on a plate. Beautiful surroundings also we sat outside right on the river. You can also rent some paddle or motor boats here and enjoy the river.

The food is OK, the service is horrible and the waiters are total rude. Although I have reserved a day before a table for 4 and specially asked for a table in the shadows, I've got a very small table in the sun. Only when I refused to order any food or drinks, the waiter moved us to another table bigger but also in the sun. He said: He is sweating so it's ok when we also sweat!!

A family favorite spot of ours since the very early 1900's. 5 generations so far. So ingrained in my family history I feel it may define us as a family in one black and white photo from the 40's.

Since it's renovation it lost a lot of it's old charme and looks like a pretty common and - hm - boring place. Wouldn't be there this amazing view from the restaurant onto the old channel, which you can conquer with small boats which can be rented there. Food is good. Nice for families or an afterwork beer.
